I was thrown into battle early—facing relentless medical challenges that stripped me of my health and sidelined my life. For years, I wasn’t thriving—I was surviving. But even survivors can fight back. With the support of my family, my faith, martial arts, and the heroes from my favorite comics, I began to rebuild—not just my body, but my mind and spirit. I trained in resilience, sharpened my confidence, and cultivated hope. Slowly, I reclaimed my power.

Pain, fear, trauma, and anxiety—they hit hard and fast. But healing is a fight we can win. And the first move? Connection. In therapy, I offer a dojo—a space where you are safe, seen, and supported. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and create a strategy for life that’s rooted in purpose and personal power. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University and specialize in helping people rise from hardship, rediscover their fire, and move forward with clarity and strength.

Outside the therapy room, I’m training, reading fantasy, walking my dog, or just being human—growing, grounding, and learning, one round at a time.
